Our holiday home awaits you in an idyllic setting on the outskirts of town, yet conveniently close to various shopping options such as Rossmann and Edeka.

Our guests can enjoy complete peace and privacy in 130 square metres of living space and a spacious garden designed by professional landscapers. A spacious driveway offers ample parking and, thanks to its length, guarantees additional security and seclusion.

Spend relaxing afternoons on the terrace or stroll through the garden, which feels like a little natural paradise, created by the harmonious blend of nature and landscape design, which fosters a welcoming, feel-good atmosphere. Here, you can feel as if you’re in your own private nature reserve.

Note: Starting April 1, 2026, the municipality of Südbrookmerland will charge a 3% overnight stay tax on the total price. This amount is to be paid directly to the landlord.

With a mix of styles—ranging from rustic to modern, from historic to contemporary—Haus Theene enchants our guests with its very own unique charm. Every room features artistic and cosy elements inspired by iconic figures ranging from Coco Chanel to Lady Gaga. This unusual combination may seem surprising at first glance, but once you’re here, you’ll experience a harmonious blend.

This two-story single-family home is available exclusively for your use and offers ample space across two floors for up to 5 guests. With two living rooms, two bedrooms, two kitchens, and two bathrooms, there’s plenty of room to relax and unwind. The bathroom on the ground floor has been completely renovated and features a walk-in shower and toilet. The Hamburg Room is furnished with a high-quality sofa bed, while the living room on the ground floor offers a fifth sleeping option. The well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor provides ample seating space and, like the living room, offers direct access to the garden.

Upstairs, you’ll find another bathroom with a shower and toilet, a bedroom with a spacious double bed (160 x 200), and an additional kitchen with a kitchenette (without a hob). The upstairs living room offers additional seating with a cosy couch area and a dining area and features direct access to the covered loggia.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
