Enjoy your stay in our modern, non-smoking apartment on the 1st floor, featuring 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a smart TV, free Wi-Fi, a CD player with radio, an open-concept kitchen with a dining area, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, an egg cooker, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, a spacious bathroom with shower/toilet and bathtub, and a small furnished balcony with a magnificent view. Bedding, towels, kitchen towels, dishes, and other kitchenware are provided. The final cleaning fee is €50.00 per stay. A free parking space is available on the street and on the property. Our house is located in the Frankenwald Nature Park in beautiful Upper Franconia, in the town of Naila (population approx. 8,000), set in a rural setting. Naila is a shopping and economic hub in the eastern Frankenwald, as well as a holiday and recreational destination, surrounded by stunning countryside. The holiday rental is located not far from a modern hospital, good shopping options, and public transport connections by bus and train. It offers a wide range of sports, recreational, and cultural activities, as well as many excursion opportunities within Upper Franconia—such as the Bavarian State Spa Bad Steben, just 15 minutes away, with its spa gardens, thermal baths, and casino; the towns of Hof, Kronach, Kulmbach, Bayreuth, and Selb; Bamberg, or even trips to nearby Thuringia, Saxony, and the Czech Republic—you’re sure to never get bored.
