Located in a private high-rise building with 24-hour security access, this second-floor unit welcomes guests with an airy and beach-like feel. Go on into the open-concept dining room for eight with wet bar and sink, followed by a beautiful living room with gas fireplace, flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player, and an appliance-filled kitchen with breakfast area seating for six. There is also a washer and dryer in the utility room. A large, shared balcony between the kitchen and living area has seating to enjoy the beach views of Calibogue Sound.

This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath rental sleeps 8. The master suite includes HD TV with cable, DVD player, king-size bed and features a private master bath with walk-in shower, soaking tub and double vanity. It has its own private porch with views of the water as well.

Also with a beach-like décor, bedroom #2 with a large queen bed, HD TV, cable and DVD player accesses a 3-piece bath with tub and shower. Twin beds and furniture fill bedroom #3, which can use the half-bath as well as the 3-piece bath.

Outside, a private pool for residents and guests with a large deck and bathroom access is available, plus a short private walkway to Calibogue Sound, one of the most secluded beaches on Hilton Head with glimpses of Daufuskie Island.

Convenient and plentiful parking is available too. Plus, “Point of View” is located across from the South Beach Marina Village area with all the amenities including shops, restaurants kayak and jet ski rentals and the World Famous Salty Dog Cafe. There is also plenty to do in Sea Pines including leisure bike trails, world-class golf on 1 of 3 courses including the Harbour Town Golf links—site of the PGA tour players every April. Plus shopping and dining in Harbour Town, with the iconic lighthouse and large marina too. You will find plenty to do during your next stay in Hilton Head.

Great condo!

Condo is very spacious and felt new. Honestly, I could live there! The view of the sound is beautiful. Only steps from the pool, the sound and an easy walk to Salty Dog. A short drive to Harbor Town. Can’t beat the location.

The property was very clean. Updated flooring and kitchen were quite nice. However, the property had a cold or unfinished feel, with many blank walls, etc. I did have a couple small issues upon arrival that were taken care of in a timely fashion. One concern I had that I made the property manager aware of that was never addressed. The property advertises in the property features a "Fireplace". I told the property manager that it did not work. She said that she would talk to maintenance and get back to me. I never heard back from her. It was quite disappointing because we had a couple of very cool nights and it would have been nice to use the fireplace. Master bedding was old and in need of replacement. Master bed sheets were paper thin.

Short walk to South Shore shops and The Salty Dog. We really got lucky with this location as we have never stayed at Hilton Head Island before. Now that I know my way around, I would definitely book this property again!

Best sunset on Hilton Head

We loved our two weeks on Hilton Head. It provided excellent access for my grandsons wheelchair. The condo could use some towel bars and toilet paper holders. The pool and grill area were very nice.

This is a hidden gem on the island! We have long stayed near Port Royal but decided to venture to South Beach. We were so glad we did! Super close to South Beach Marina and walking trails. This is our second time staying here. The view is spectacular and the condo has plenty of space. We enjoy how close this is to Salty Dog and all the attractions within SeaPines. Only recommendations would be to upgrade mattresses (not comfortable), kitchen and master bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great building with a beautiful view but the windows had paint dripped on them. Condo desperately needs a new patio table and the bed pillows and linens were in need of replacement. Loved the kitchen set up.

Beautiful beachfront getaway with amazing views and pool

Overall, lovely stay in thus beautiful home. The beach is very close, steps away, and lovely and natural. Place is generally renovated and updated although master bathroom toilet and guest bathroom shower in en suite bedroom are not yet. They are ok. Plenty of towels and toilet paper and the place was very clean. Place was secure and safe and very comfortable but could be more luxurious for the price. I would recommend this place due to proximity to food, water, and fun.

The property and geographical location were perfect. There is no parking, however. Many times when we returned to the unit, there was no parking. It is unclear if overflow parking is available. Where are people supposed to park?

Better than the pictures

This was our 3rd trip to HHI and the 2 trips before this that were in a different condo were… *thumbs down*. It’s obvious the owners have poured a lot into renovations and the lovely decor. Location is perfect for tranquility from the balcony and a super easy walk to the beach. Bath towels being provided was a nice addition, and the wifi works great. When I needed to communicate prior to our trip about parking passes etc I received responses almost immediately from the management company. Very seamless process. Can’t wait to return! Also, they have a little welcome setup on the counter!
