Welcome to our vacation rental, which was completely renovated and refurnished with high-quality furnishings in 2023! This smoke-free home accommodates up to 4 people and features two cozy bedrooms, each with two beds. Enjoy relaxing moments on the patio, complete with patio furniture, a parasol, and a grill. The modern, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker) is perfect for cooking. A cozy living and dining area with a seating group, sleeper sofa, and flat-screen TV creates a comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. A vacuum cleaner and mop are available. A free parking space is located directly on the property. We look forward to your visit! Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to arrange this if necessary. Keys are provided via a key box.You will receive the code for this well in advance of your arrival. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of 3 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on-site. The deposit is 100% of the total accommodation cost. A 50% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining 50% must be paid by the time of arrival.
