Sehr ruhig gelegen, gute ÖPNV-Anbindung

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt, sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, alle 10 Minuten fährt ein Bus ins Zentrum (ca. 12 Min.). Das ist nicht zu unterschätzen bei den sonst fälligen Parkgebühren. In der Nähe starten und landen die Zeppeline. Das ist sehr interessant und überhaupt nicht störend. Cons: Leider herrschte in der Wohnung ein unerklärlicher, strenger Geruch nach Reinigungsmitteln o.ä., der nur durch ständig geöffnete Fenster erträglich war. Die Vermieterin hat das aber nicht richtig wahrgenommen (Gewöhnung?), hatte aber keine Erklärung. Sie war aber nach einem Anruf sehr schnell da, um sich darum zu kümmern.
