The Location
The holiday rental stands out for its central location: shopping and restaurants are just a short walk away—about 600 metres. From here, you can also take lovely day trips to nearby destinations—such as St. Peter-Ording (35 km), Husum (20 km), or other towns along the North Sea coast. The train station is only 1,600 metres away and therefore easily accessible, making it convenient to travel here by public transport.

Amenities
The “Grachtennest” holiday rental, which is approximately 50 square metres in size, is located on the ground floor of a residential building and is accessible via an internal staircase. The apartment has two separate bedrooms: The larger room is furnished with a double bed (160 × 200 cm) and a sitting area with a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a single bed (80 × 200 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a hob, and cooking and dining utensils—ideal for self-catering on holiday. An adjoining dining area is perfect for sharing meals together. The brightly designed bathroom is functionally equipped and features a shower, a toilet, and a sink.

Special Features
In our non-smoking holiday rental, we provide free Wi-Fi and a parking space. Bedding and towels are included in the price. The entire property is allergy-friendly and was extensively renovated in 2025. A terrace is available at the back of the house. Bicycles and e-bikes can be stored in the garage.
