Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Die Fenster sollten mal repariert werden, lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. In der Wohnung gab es nur einen Kleiderschrank, obwohl für vier Personen ausgelegt..

Vielen Dank für deine ehrliche Rückmeldung. Schade, dass die Wohnung insgesamt nicht deinen Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Die Hinweise zu den Fenstern nehmen wir ernst und werden prüfen, welche Reparaturen hier notwendig sind. Auch deinen Punkt zum Stauraum können wir gut nachvollziehen – gerade bei einer Belegung mit vier Personen sollte ausreichend Platz für Kleidung und persönliche Sachen vorhanden sein. Danke, dass du uns auf diese Punkte aufmerksam gemacht hast. Wir nehmen das Feedback mit, um die Unterkunft Schritt für Schritt zu verbessern.

Top Lage, 10 min zum Strand und Hafen.Die Wohnung ist schön und geräumig. Allerdings auch sehr hellhörig.In der Wohnung war ein Fenster defekt. Es konnte nicht richtig geschlossen werden. Trotz Meldung an den Vermieter und Zusage, dass sich jemand darum kümmert, kam auch nach nochmaliger Meldung niemand um sich darum zu kümmern. Ein Wäscheständer und Besen hat in der Wohnung gefehlt. Diese wurden aber schnell nach gebracht nachdem wir das über Personal der Firma, das Vorort war, gemeldet hatten.Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Zu bemängeln, gibt es nur die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Vielen Dank für dein ehrliches und differenziertes Feedback. Es freut uns sehr, dass dir die Lage sowie die Größe der Wohnung gefallen haben und ihr insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt hattet. Gleichzeitig tut es uns leid, dass es beim Thema Kommunikation und der Bearbeitung des defekten Fensters nicht reibungslos lief. Wenn wir eine Rückmeldung geben, dass sich jemand kümmert, dann sollte das selbstverständlich auch zeitnah passieren. Dass dies in eurem Fall nicht so war, bedauern wir sehr. Schön, dass der Wäscheständer und der Besen nach eurer Meldung schnell bereitgestellt werden konnten – genauso sollte es laufen. Wir nehmen deinen Hinweis zur Kommunikation sehr ernst und arbeiten daran, hier noch klarer und verlässlicher zu werden. Vielleicht gebt ihr uns bei Gelegenheit noch einmal die Chance, euch vollständig zu überzeugen – wir würden uns sehr freuen, euch wieder begrüßen zu dürfen.
