- Events and parties are not permitted.

- Please keep noise down after 10:00 pm; loud music is not allowed at any time.

- No diving into the pool; pool hours are 7 am to 9 pm.

- Nudism is not allowed.



The apartment, approximately 150 m², features a 150 m² garden and is located on the lower level of a four-story house. Overlooking the Atlantic, it offers guests stunning panoramic views. The property includes a closed chill-out lounge area with a 75-inch TV, access to streaming platforms, and high-quality sound. There are two sofas for 3-4 people, two large comfortable armchairs, and a dining table with up to eight chairs, all situated in the garden, including the kitchen.



The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove, capsule coffee maker, and essential accessories. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. This accommodation does not have air conditioning.



The apartment has a garden-level bedroom with a small bathroom with shower. Downstairs, separated by stairs, is the second, larger bedroom with a bed, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a spacious shower.
