GUACIMARA - Spectacular views, private heated pool, sauna, natural beach, relax.

The Villa is located near the sea in the agricultural and fishing village of Igueste de San Andres, Tenerife. Situated on the slopes of a valley of the Anaga Massif natural park, the village is all pedestrianised with one access road. The house is secluded and tranquil with only the noise of the sea and birds.

It has two floors with the following distribution:

Large hall and reception room with access to a long terrace which spans the house and communicates with the master bedroom. The terrace on two sides of the house affords excellent views of the sea, valley and mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. There are two other bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The lower floor comprises: a large sun terrace with great views of the sea, valley and mountains, two heated pools, one 50 cm deep for children and the other for adults, a kitchen with built in bar, Finnish Sauna for 6 people and a bathroom.

GUACIMARA - very beautiful

We had a beautiful stay in the house, which is very comfortable and well equipped, pool, huge terrace, amazing and impressive view direct to the Atlantic ocean. Also the communication with the host is very good, help to carry the baggage. the house is in a small village located, which is very quite and relaxing and a good starting point for hiking.

Villa Guacimara – An Unforgettable Stay with First-Class Amenities

Our stay at Villa Guacimara in Igueste de San Andrés was simply amazing. The spacious terrace offered breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Anaga Mountains. The stylish interior and fully equipped kitchen left nothing to be desired. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and sauna, which provided extra relaxation. The proximity to beautiful hiking trails made our vacation perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

Unforgettable ocen view

The house is very comfortable with breathtaking ocean view from all the rooms and terraces. Located in a very quiet, charming village, offering several picturesque tracking routs. The hosts are very helpful and caring; helping also with luggage as the path from the parking place to the house is steep and quite challenging.

Great getaway property

Had a great time at the villa. Villa has loads of space . Not ideal with amount of stairs to the property but when you see the view its all worth it. We enjoyed the area as we had a car to get into santa cruz (15/20min drive) but we enjoyed walks around the village and along to the beach.

Guacimara: Very comfortable

You cannot park your car near the house but a nice guy, sent by the host of the resort helped ua with our baggage. The house is very comfortable and convenient.A little corner shop is near the resort.Very much advisable.

Remote, breathtaking view, lots of space

We (family with two kids, 8 and 11) stayed at Guacimara house for two weeks and enjoyed it a lot. The house lies in a small village and can only be accessed via some stairs. Thus, it is really remote. We had our car parked at the street and drove often to the various locations in Tenerife. The house is really space. Its furniture is already a little older, but quite functional. We enjoyed a breathtaking almost dramatic view to the sea whenever we looked out of the windows or sat down by the pool. This made the stay really unique. Loli and her friends are extremely nice and absolutely helpful people. The pool heating was broken when we arrived, but Loli spend quite some effort in getting it fixed during our stay. We can fully recommend and would love to have been able to extend our stay.

Ankunft: entgegen allen Infos wurden wir bei der Ankunft alleine gelassen. Mittags erhielten wir von Frau Loli eine sms mit falscher Hausnummer (NICHT Nr. 13! es ist Nr.1), Beschreibung d. Laufweges, dass sie unterwegs sei Rubén, der junge Mann, der sonst d. Gästen mit d. Gepäck behilflich ist, müsse am Dorffest helfen. Somit mussten wir 3 Frauen -alle Ü 63- bei Hitze unsere Koffer, die Rucksäcke alle Einkäufe selber schleppen. 5x die über 100 Treppenstufen zu bewältigen hat uns alles andere als glücklich gemacht!Glücklicherweise wurde unsere Anfrage betr. Hilfe beim Gepäck bei der Abreise positiv beantwortet Rubén stand pünktlich bereit. Danke Rubén!Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr sauber, bestens eingerichtet in gutem Zustand. Die Aussicht sowie die Pools sind wunderbar.Einzig die zeitweise sehr starke Brandung, welche an die Felsküste donnerte, war richtig laut.Ortschaft: das Dorf liegt sehr abseits wir empfanden es als ungepflegt, recht schmutzig. Es gibt einen sehr kleinen Mini-Markt (den 2. haben wir nicht gefunden) KEIN Restaurant weitere Fehlinfo im Beschrieb. Der Strand ist sehr felsig bei dem starken Wellengang, der meistens herrschte, stiegen nur ganz junge Leute zum surfen ins Wasser. Für uns war es zu gefährlich.Die 7km lange Küstenstrasse nach S. Andrés -mit 90 Kurven- lud uns kaum ein mal kurz für einen abendlichen Spaziergang und/oder einen Drink hinzufahren.Fazit: das Haus GUACIMARA ist wirklich schön, aber leider am falschen Platz

I am very sorry for the error with the house number; the link to Villa Guacimara on Google Maps was correct. Luggage assistance is not included in the villa rental; we offer it as a courtesy whenever possible. The sound of the sea is relaxing for most people; we regret that it was bothersome for you on occasion. The house is located exactly as indicated on the website. Igueste de San Andrés is a small, very quiet village at the end of a mountain road, 14 km from the island's capital; it cannot be considered remote. It is true that there is only a small store in the village for basic necessities; it is perfectly suitable for anything unexpected or last-minute needs. There are large supermarkets in the nearby town, 7 km away. It's true that there are no restaurants; if you're looking for those kinds of services, you'll have to go to larger towns with more tourists. Along the town's coast, there are rocky areas and also a small beach with black sand. It's natural, and depending on the sea conditions, you can swim without any problems. When there are waves, it's actually used by surfers, like many other beaches on the island. We don't share your opinion that Villa Guacimara is in the wrong location. Paradies zum Erholen und Wohlfühlen

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt. Hier kann man die Welt vergessen und wunderschönen Blick genießen. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Ob Grill, leckerer Cocktail an der eigenen Bar - oder schnell was Kochen, wenn man keine Lust mehr hat zufahren. Wir haben es genossen - bei all den zugebauten Städten ist das Haus und der Ort Balsam für die Seele. Es ist zu schön um wahr zu sein, das man so etwas im Urlaub mieten kann. Un excellent séjour à Igueste !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Loli. Elle est spacieuse, très bien équipée et l'emplacement est top (très belle vue des terrasses, sans doute la plus belle vue du village). La piscine est très agréable, et une petite plage est accessible à pied en 5 minutes. Notre hôte a été très disponible durant le séjour. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement et espérons avoir la chance d'y séjourner de nouveau.

Teneriffa vom Feinsten

Das Guacimara liegt wunderbar oberhalb der Bucht von Igueste de San Andres, mit unverbautem Blick auf die Küste und das Meer. Die Terrasse im Erdgeschoss ist phänomenal groß, mit Pool, Hängematte, kleiner Außenbar, großem Tisch und eigener Küche - gut ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und ausreichend Geschirr, dabei wenig einsehbar von den umliegenden Gebäuden. Obwohl nur durch eine Außentreppe zugänglich, ist der Aufenthalt durch eine kleine Dusche mit Toilette und extra Badehandtücher sehr komfortabel. Die 3 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind gut ausgestattet, eines der Zimmer hat Zugang zum Balkon und ein eigenes Badezimmer, die anderen beiden, etwas kleineren Zimmer teilen sich das zweite Badezimmer. Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet, mit viel Geschirr, Küchenutensilien und -geräten. Und wenn der Herd auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, er funktioniert. Bleibt noch zu erwähnen, dass das WLAN gut funktioniert und die Betreuung durch Loli Delagado hervorragend war. Einzig die Parkplatzsituation im Dorf ist knapp. Es gibt einen Parkplatz gleich am Eingang des Dorfes, aber der ist immer ziemlich voll belegt. Und wer mit schweren Koffern anreist sollte wissen: Die tolle Lage des Guacimara hat einen kleinen Nachteil. Es ist nur zu Fuß über Gassen mit - relativ vielen - Treppen erreichbar. Das Restaurant im Dorf ist zurzeit zwar geschlossen, aber der kleine Laden ist vor allem mit Obst, Gemüse und Brot ganz gut bestückt, und in San Andres gibt es alles, was man so braucht - Restaurants, Supermarkt, ect. Nicht vergessen werden wir auch: Den Sonnenaufgang, den kleinen aber schönen Strand unweit der Wohnung, die jederzeit schöne Atmosphäre auf der Terrasse, auch wenn die vielen in der Bucht derzeit wegen dem Corona-Lockdown geparkten Kreuzfahrtschiffe zuweilen etwas genervt haben.

Bienvenue à Igueste

Très calme et très confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée. La vue sans vis à vis sur la mer est superbe. Peut être le meilleur emplacement à Igueste. Idéal pour sillonner le massif de l'Anaga . Une place de parking serait bienvenue. Le barbecue montre des signes de fatigue.

Perfect Peaceful Break

The house did not disappoint. Location of the property was superb and the views spectacular. Very tranquil. The 100 or so steps to and from the property made for a good workout for us 60 somethings. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds (very important). Loli was very helpful without being intrusive. Good communication via text/whatsapp/phone. Highly recommended.

Lovely Holiday

We had a lovely 10 days here with our grandchildren, everything provided and lots of space. The sea views are amazing, a lovely tranquil area and only 10 minutes from Las Teresitas and restaurants in San Andres. The owner was very helpful and gave us good tips. We would definitely go back.

The house is very comfortabel. It was perfect clean when we arrived. The house is spacious and very well equioed. The owner Loli tought about everything to make our stay as comfortabel as possible.
