Particularly impressive: the terrace with a direct view of the water, where you can wonderfully wind down your evenings in soothing silence with a glass of wine. Inside, you’ll find an open-concept layout featuring a modern living and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove—perfect for social evenings or cosy breakfasts with a view.
With two tastefully furnished bedrooms, the house accommodates up to four people. Each room is a retreat in its own right—quiet, comfortable, and designed with great attention to detail. The stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower is complemented by a private sauna, which provides warmth and relaxation on cooler days. A separate guest bathroom ensures additional comfort.
The home’s well-thought-out design leaves nothing to be desired. Modern air conditioning ensures a pleasant coolness in the summer, while underfloor heating creates a cosy atmosphere in the winter.
