Das Haus ist einfach nur top! Es bietet alles, was man braucht, ist modern, super gepflegt und wirklich in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Man sieht jeden Abend den schönen Sonnenuntergang. Der Strand ist etwa 40 Gehminuten vom Häuschen entfernt.

Das Ferienhaus ist ideal gestaltet, die Aufteilung der Räume ist gut gewählt und der Blick ist einzigartig. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Der Schlüssel für die Waschmaschine hängt in der Unterkunft und der Rest war perfekt vorbereitet. Die Schlüsselabholung und Rückgabe haben wunderbar funktioniert und wenn Fragen aufgekommen wären, war jemand erreichbar. Die Lage war für uns ideal, ruhig gelegen. Selbst in der Hochsaison entgeht man dem Trubel. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt auf dem Gelände und auch mit dem Fahrrad kann alles wunderbar erreicht werden.

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt. Das Haus hat eine hochwertige Ausstattung und ist in seiner Lage sehr ruhig gelegen. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Fahrrad in ein paar Minuten am Ostseestrand oder in Koserow. Vorteile des Hauses sind für den Hochsommer die Klimaanlage und für die anderen Jahreszeiten die Sauna. Für alle E-Mobilisten hat der Stellplatz eine Ladesäule. Der Ausblick auf der Terasse ist der Hammer, Blick auf das Achterwasser. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Eine kleine Sache, ein Eierkocher wäre cool.

Tolles geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus.Die Lage mit Blick auf das Achterwasser ist unschlagbar. Eine große Holzterasse und der große Garten haben uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Es ist unglaublich ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell am Strand von Kölpinsee und in Koserow.
