The apartment features two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a spacious living area with an open kitchen. The apartment is equipped with a smart TV. The property has a fiber-optic connection, providing modern internet access. The shower room has been renovated and features a window. The sunny balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast, read a book, or wind down after a day on the island. Parking spaces, a large communal garden with a lawn for sunbathing, and a playground are located directly on the property. There are a total of 4 residential units in the building.

The Surroundings

Our Ostseeglück complex is located in Gollendorf, a small farming village in the southwest of the island. Its close proximity to the Baltic Sea dike (approx. 800 m) makes it an ideal starting point for walks and bike rides to the neighbouring towns and sailing harbours of Orth and Lemkenhafen. Gollendorf Bay is also a perfect spot for kitesurfers, windsurfers, and stand-up paddlers, making it particularly well-suited for beginners. Kiteboarding, surfing, and boating schools and rental shops are located in Orth, Lemkenhafen, or Gold.

Shopping, doctors, and a pharmacy can be found in Petersdorf, just 3 km away. Nearby beaches include those in Püttsee, Bojendorf, Wallnau, Flügger Strand, Gold, and many others. The quiet, rural location near the water is also ideal for dog owners.
