Located close to the beach in a quiet area and featuring modern furnishings, this 2-room holiday apartment for up to 4 people is on the 2nd floor of this well-maintained apartment complex.

From the car park, it’s just a few steps and a short flight of stairs up to your holiday apartment (approx. 44 sqm), located directly under the roof. A small hallway connecting all the rooms welcomes you—come on in! You can set your suitcases down right away in the bedroom on the right. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x80x200 cm), nightstands, and a closet—you can even comfortably finish watching your favourite film on TV from the comfort of your bed. There’s enough space in the bedroom to set up a travel cot. To the left is the bright, natural-light-filled shower room with a towel warmer and hair dryer.

The living room, complete with a kitchenette and dining area, is cosy. The floor-to-ceiling windows and the sloped ceilings with exposed rafters give this room a special charm. A sofa arrangement invites you to relax after an eventful day of holiday. You can easily convert the corner sofa into a comfortable sleeping area (160x200 cm) for two people at night. On the covered balcony facing southeast, you can enjoy a peaceful breakfast in the morning or wind down the evening in comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need; here you can prepare a light snack or a small meal, depending on your mood. The storage room in the hallway is also very practical; in addition to everyday items, you can store your suitcases or beach gear here.

An outdoor parking space in the apartment complex’s car park is reserved for you. When the weather is nice, you can use the communal garden. The bike shed will be available to you for the last time during the 2025 season. Starting in 2026, bicycles may only be stored outdoors.

Please understand that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here.
