Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals Service Office located at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.

The apartment is bright and modernly furnished, features free Wi-Fi, measures approximately 48 m², and is equipped to accommodate 4 people (max. 6). All windows have exterior blinds.

Comfortable patio furniture awaits you on the southwest-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the sun until late in the evening. The light-filled living room features a cosy dining area, a pull-out sofa set, and a recliner. A TV (large LED flat-screen) and a Bluetooth radio provide entertainment. The separate kitchen is equipped with: a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), a combination microwave with baking function, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, an automatic coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. The bedroom features a large double bed (200x200 cm), a bunk bed (2x 90x200 cm), and a second TV. The well-maintained bathroom is equipped with a spacious, modern shower with real glass walls and an additional rain showerhead. A large mirror, a vanity with drawers, and a hair dryer provide the comfort you’d expect on holiday.

There is a private outdoor parking space next to the house. A ping-pong table is available for shared use in the basement. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.
