Am Ankunftstag im Fahrstuhl stecken geblieben. Notruf wurde nicht beantwortet. Handy ohne Empfang.

Am Ankunftstag im Fahrstuhl stecken geblieben. Notruf wurde nicht beantwortet. Handy ohne Empfang. Konnten uns dann selbst befreien. Hotel fühlt sich für Fahrstuhl nicht zuständig. Verweis auf Fa. Otis. Fahrstuhl war dann die ganze Woche außer Betrieb. Nur noch ein funktionierender Fahrstuhl für uns und den kompletten Hotelbetrieb. Treppenhaus nur für Notfall geeignet. Zugang vom Treppenhaus zur 6. Etage nicht möglich. Das hat leider den ganzen Urlaub überschattet.
