Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Apartments service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

From early April through approximately the end of May, renovation work will be taking place on the roof and terraces of the neighbouring building. There may be some noise during the day.

With approximately 49 m² of living space, this 3-room ground-floor holiday apartment offers enough room for up to four guests.

The heart of this holiday home is the cosy living room with an open kitchen and a practical dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee maker, egg cooker, and toaster—all the basics for enjoying a convivial breakfast on holiday. When the weather is nice, the south-facing terrace, accessible from the living room, invites you to relax.
For a good night’s rest, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a bedroom with a space-saving loft bed (2x 80x190 cm). The exterior blinds ensure a quiet and restful night’s sleep.
Get ready for the day in the shower room, which features a heated towel rack and plenty of storage space for your toiletries.

An outdoor parking space next to the house is reserved for you. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use for a fee.
