Welcome to this beautiful stone house full of character, nestled in the heart of the Bergerac vineyards in the charming village of Cunèges, Périgord. Set in a peaceful, green environment, this authentic home welcomes up to 6 guests for an unforgettable countryside getaway.



The house features 3 comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds (140 cm) and one with two single beds. The modern bathroom offers a walk-in shower and a double sink.



The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease: electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge with freezer compartment. A large TV is available in the living room. The ground floor is air-conditioned for hot days, and fans are provided upstairs.



Enjoy your own private 12 x 6 m pool for relaxing in total privacy, along with a spacious 40 m² covered terrace overlooking the pool, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the shade. The garden invites you to stroll and unwind in a tranquil setting.



Located in the heart of Périgord Pourpre, the house is perfectly situated to explore the cultural and culinary treasures of the Dordogne: Bergerac vineyards, medieval villages, local markets, castles, and scenic nature walks.

Tout est réuni pour passer des vacances reposantes : les lieux sont calmes, la bâtisse est pleine de charme et les équipements mis à disposition sont complets.Le véritable coup de cœur reste l’espace piscine. Avec sa pergola entourée d’une végétation luxuriante, on se croirait dans un véritable jardin d’Éden. C’est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter pleinement du calme.Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d’une météo magnifique, ce qui nous a permis de découvrir une région riche en activités, en visites et en paysages.
