The house is located approx. 500 m away from the sea and has 4 bedrooms with a total of 9 beds. It has two bathrooms equipped with a toilet, bidet and shower. One of the bathrooms also has a washing machine.
Bed linen and some towels are provided in the house.
All rooms have air conditioning.
The house has two covered verandas and a large pool (12 m x 6 m) with two areas. Approximately 40% of the pool has a depth of 1.5 m and the remaining 60% has a depth of 2.5 m. Perfect for swimming long laps!
The property covers 2000 square metres and there are several olive trees, palm trees and cacti scattered throughout the grounds.
The property is completely fenced and accessible via a sliding gate. There is parking for 3 to 4 cars on the property.
The town of Calasetta is about a 6-minute drive away and Sant'Antioco is about a 15-minute drive away. The slightly larger town of Carbonia, which offers great shopping, can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.
The nearest airport and ferry port in Cagliari are about 1 hour away.
The sea air and quiet location guarantee a healthy and relaxing holiday!
Use of the pool is at your own risk; the landlord is not liable for damage to persons, animals or property!
