Built in 2025, this newly constructed holiday rental offers a modern, cosy atmosphere and is located just 50 metres from city centre, putting Sylt’s best amenities within easy walking distance.

With a spacious floor area of 43 m², this ground-floor holiday rental offers plenty of room for up to three people. The open-concept rooms are tastefully furnished, and the open kitchen, which opens onto the living room, invites you to prepare culinary delights. Here you’ll find all the necessary appliances, such as an electric stove with an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and much more. The bedroom is equipped with a cosy double bed, blackout curtains, and a smart TV. The cosy sleeper sofa offers an additional sleeping spot.

In the modern bathroom, you’ll find a walk-in shower, a toilet, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, and natural stone tiles.

Additional amenities include an ironing board and iron, a vacuum cleaner, and underfloor heating.

Bin zum 2. Mal in der selben FeWo. Sie befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Bhf., dort Schließfach Schlüssel für die FeWo, kurz um die Ecke u. angekommen. Man hört den Bhf. nicht. Mehrere Fahrradverleihe in nur wenigen Metern erreichbar. Am Bhf. auch gleich Busbahnhof für ganz Sylt, hinter dem Bhf. Einkauf bei Famila möglich, ca. 600 m von FeWo. Zur Promenade/mega Strand durch die Friedrichstr. in auch nur ca. 600 m da. Alles bestens zu Fuß zu erreichen. Werde sehr gern wiederkommen in gleicher FeWo. Fahrräder können im kleinen Hof der FeWo abgestellt werden. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln, fühle mich dort sehr wohl u. erhole mich Dank der wunderschönen Insel.
