**Welcome**
At Meerverliebt, a light-filled penthouse apartment with 97 m² of living space awaits you. You’ll be staying with up to five guests, plus a baby or toddler. A sixth person can also be accommodated by prior arrangement.

Modern design, a private sauna, and the spacious rooftop terrace provide plenty of room to spend time together. From here, you don’t just look out over the dike. On a clear day, you can see all the way across the Jadebusen to Wilhelmshaven. You can’t see the water in between, so it’s not a direct ocean view. Nevertheless, the expansive view remains something special.

**Living & Well-Being**
The open living area with access to the wraparound rooftop terrace creates a relaxed atmosphere. Large windows and screens on all windows provide light and fresh air without uninvited guests. A smart TV and board games are available for cosy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring high-quality appliances, a filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine, along with a large dining table, offers everything you need for shared meals. An electric grill invites you to enjoy social evenings on the terrace.

**Sleeping**
Two stylishly furnished bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds (180 × 200 cm) and direct access to the terrace invite you to enjoy restful nights. Blackout pleated blinds, additional curtains, and fly screens ensure optimal sleeping comfort even on bright summer days. The cosy sleeper sofa offers an additional sleeping option.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, stylish design, and your own private sauna—for a soothing break after a day at the beach.

**Family-Friendly**
“Meerverliebt” is perfect for holidays with children. A travel cot, high chair, children’s tableware, and games for the little ones are provided. A washer-dryer also makes longer stays easier. Especially handy: your own handcart for leisurely walks or trips to the beach. The location near the beach makes the apartment ideal for family adventures by the sea.

**Bedding & Towels Optional**
Bedding and towels are not included. You can optionally add them during the booking process for your holiday or directly through the relevant service provider after booking.

**Services & Extras**
An lift takes you comfortably to the penthouse floor. Thanks to a key safe, contactless check-in is possible at any time. Fly screens on all windows, a private parking space, a lockable bike shed, and a bakery right in the building round out the amenities. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome and can enjoy your North Sea holiday with you.

Located just 150 m from the dike and 400 m from the family-friendly Friesenstrand, “Meerverliebt” is ideally situated for relaxing days by the North Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you can enjoy mudflat hikes, the Aqua Mundo water park, varied bike routes through Butjadingen, cosy cafés, and day trip destinations such as Bremerhaven or Nordenham.
