You’ll find a brand-new ground-floor apartment with high-quality amenities, a private sauna, a well-thought-out floor plan, and stylish design—ideal for couples, families with children, or guests with limited mobility. Located just 150 m from the dike and 400 m from Friesenstrand Beach, your “Lieblingsplatz” is part of the modern KÜSTE33 holiday complex in Tossens. Spanning 77 m², the apartment features two bedrooms and a spacious living area—perfect for settling in and enjoying your stay.

**Living & Relaxing**
The open living area, with access to the furnished terrace—which gets sun from noon until evening—and an adjacent lawn, creates a bright, friendly atmosphere. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the ground-level access ensures maximum comfort. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring high-quality appliances and a raclette grill, makes cooking a pleasure even while on holiday. An electric grill on the terrace invites you to enjoy relaxed evenings outdoors.

**Sleeping**
Two cosy bedrooms with box-spring beds (180 × 200 cm) and smart TVs offer the best sleeping comfort—whether you’re travelling as a couple, with children, or with friends. Blackout pleated blinds ensure restful nights. A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge for the little ones.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
The private sauna promises pure relaxation—whether after a walk on the beach or on cooler days. The floor-level, extra-wide shower is also easy to use with a walking aid or walker, making wellness accessible to everyone.
