About this property

Oceanview - 2 Bedroom 2 Bath - Plus Bonus - Perfect Location

NOTE: This unit is in the Las Palomas Rental Pool.

This beautiful two bedroom condo is overlooking the resort pools directly facing the Sea of Cortez. Both bedrooms and living room face the ocean and share a 40' deck. This is unit Rubi 406 in Phase 1.

Unit also includes bunk beds for extra sleeping space away from the main living area.

Also included all linens and a fully appointed kitchen for your convenience and a full size washer and dryer.

All rooms have ceiling fans and are completely air conditioned for your comfort. The living room has a large screen TV with attached DVD player and all bedrooms have TVs with DVDs. There is also a pull out couch for extra sleeping space.

Las Palomas is the only AAA Four Diamond Rated Resort in Rocky Point!

This is a non-smoking unit and, there are no pets allowed.

Las Palomas requires a 50% deposit when making the reservation. Deposits are via credit card.

Family Vacation

The property is beautiful and so clean! We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious and the staff was so polite and friendly. Our condo was clean and just as advertised in the photo. We loved everything about our vacation. My family had a great time.

Las Palomas

Rooms were awesome and filled with all amenities needed other than food. Staff is great and very helpful. Security 24/7 and the food and drinks were great. This was our 2nd time here and will be bck for sure for our 3rd soon. I recommend this place for anyone with a family as the lazy river and pools are clean and cool also the ocean view is beautiful. Thank you everyone at Las Palomas for making our stay memorable

Beautiful condo and location at Las palamos

This 4th floor condo was beautiful, comfortable with the best balcony. Blow dryers in bathrooms (I wondered and packed mine) no need to next time. I’ll definitely rent this one again.

Fun stay

The property was better than the pictures they need to update pictures. Property was clean. Check in process did not go smoothly because we added an extra day and the front desk people did not know we added an extra day so that took them about an hour to figure that out. Overall a great fun fantastic four days.

Incredible property

The photos do not do this property justice. Every piece of furniture is 100% modernized vs the photos. We stayed with a group of 5 total and had plenty of space for all of us adults. The only complaint that I have is both bathrooms didn't have cold water. We were taking cold showers all trip. Other than that the property is amazing! I recommend booking this property.

Loved the property and location! There werent any scissors & front desk was to send them up & never received them. There was an old used sponge under the sink, the cleaners did not clean under the beds at all and when I went to use a knife there was gross things on it! I lost a memerable earring & was looking for it (never found it) and saw the filth under the bed in the Masterbedroom. Other than that it was a relaxing & enjoyable stay! Great location too! If you should find the earring, please let me know. its a Sterling silver hoop with diamond chips on the front. Thank you

Needs Attention!

Our stay at this specific condo was disappointing and wouldn’t stay at this one again. We love rocky point, and Las Palomas. We have always had pretty great experiences. Check in was long, once we finally got up to the counter and got our wristbands it was 3:43pm. So we were early to check in but no problem, employee said room wasn’t ready they were still cleaning it but to come back in 15 min and grab keys it would be good to go. Did that, got my keys and the bell hop took my husband and kids up to the room with our food/luggage etc.maids were still cleaning the room so bell hop dropped all the stuff on the patio outside the door while my kids and husband waited and I headed up to meet them and they were still waiting. We waited a full hour and got in our room at 5pm while we sat outside in 100 degrees. I did contact the host and they said they would look into it but didn’t offer a resolve. when we finally got in, the dishwasher ran by housekeeping was leaking, my husband stopped it so there wasn’t further issues. The right side of the master bed was broke (box spring or frame or something so it was slanted And awfully uncomfortable. The showers were cold. We tried every setting. The sinks had hot water but not showers. Overall the unit “looks nice” and was very clean, but needs some time and attention especially paying over $1000+ for 3 nights. Not acceptable. Not sure if the owners ever come and check on things but it is definitely needed. The patio is a great size & view

Beautiful resort

The resort was beautiful and the room was super clean and comfortable. Beds were a little hard to sleep on and the only complaint was no hot water for the first day other than that the views were great, location perfect. Will definitely return to the same resort.

What a wonderful vacation

Thank you to the owner of our condo for making it so pleasant to stay in. The furniture is comfortable, the space is very roomy, the deck is outstanding, and everything about it was perfect. Would highly recommend this place (although don’t everyone book it cause we want to come back 😜).

The room and location thereof are AMAZING!! Property and staff need attention.

Property in need of some TLC. The hottest elevator I've ever been in. Front desk and pool bar staff were rude. I don't think we would stay at this property again. Sorry. The view from the room was worth every penny though.

Great Property.

The VRBO process to rent the Condo at Las Palomas is great initially. A email should be sent out to ignore all of the future emails about check in and the internet because it is not a private property and you still need to check in again at the resort.

Room 406-Las Palomas

Came to Puerto Penasco for a wedding. The room was exactly like described and very clean. The view on the patio looked out over the main pools and the ocean view beyond that was beautiful. Theresa was a great host and was great with communication. Would definitely recommend this spot for your next vacation in Mexico!
