On the terrace, you can enjoy the magnificent natural surroundings to the fullest, listening to the gentle lapping of the backwaters or the soft rustling of the trees—all while sipping your first cup of coffee in the midst of this peaceful atmosphere.

Everything is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible. Natural materials and warm colours create a cosy atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and microwave.

The modern bathroom features an accessible shower, and the bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a spacious closet. Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a DAB+ radio provide entertainment and comfort.

The neighbouring building houses the wellness area with three saunas, a beautiful relaxation area, and a small fitness room. A mini-golf course awaits you right next to the house on the swimming and sunbathing lawn. Bicycles can be rented nearby—and delivered to the apartment upon request.
