In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the Elbe Cycle Path, the city park, and the Elbe River—ideal for walks, bike rides, or simply relaxing in nature. You’re also just 4 tram stops (Line 4) away from city centre, where you’ll find numerous sights, restaurants, and shopping opportunities.

Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Getec Arena and the Avnet Arena. Wellness enthusiasts can reach the Nemo Sauna and water park in just a few minutes on foot.

This two-room apartment features modern, comfortable amenities that leave nothing to be desired.
A cosy living room with an open kitchen. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, ceramic cooktop, raclette machine, and much more. Here you can cook your own meals and enjoy culinary delights.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed that can also be arranged as two single beds. A double sofa bed (1.50 x 2.00 m, extendable to 1.80 x 2.00 m) in the living area provides additional sleeping space. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and offers age-appropriate yet modern fixtures. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and tiled floors to provide you with maximum comfort even during the colder months. Shutters on all windows ensure complete peace and darkness when desired.

A wide variety of recreational activities await you on the spacious property:
Enjoy the sun on the spacious terrace or relax in the shade on the covered seating area. The grill on the sun terrace is perfect for cosy evenings with family and friends. A fire pit is available for unforgettable evenings around the campfire—a highlight for all guests who want to enjoy the special atmosphere.
The property features a sunbathing and play area with scooters, a sandpit, and a garden swing. A stay here is ideal for families—children can run around and play to their hearts’ content. Tent accessories for children are provided.
Two bicycles with panniers are available free of charge, so you can explore the surrounding area along the Elbe Cycle Route or in the city’s green spaces.
For your personal workouts or to relax, our pool with a counter-current system is available for a fee. This fee is calculated based on usage. Pool access is available only upon request and seasonally from May through September.

Free parking is available in the public area directly in front of the building, or on the property for a fee.
