Surroundings
This typical Fischland holiday home, featuring ten units, is situated in a dream location—right behind the dune and just 50 metres from the white Baltic Sea beach. Thanks to the small side street, you can enjoy peace and relaxation here, away from the hustle and bustle of the main road. The town centre, with its shops, restaurants, and cafés, as well as countless art galleries, is also just a stone’s throw away and can be easily explored on foot. A special highlight is the fish market on the beach. Here you can buy fish fresh off the fisherman’s boat right on the beach—provided the wind is blowing at less than three knots.

About the Holiday Rental
This cosy one-room apartment was modernised in early 2024 and furnished with new furniture. It is located on the ground floor and is decorated in wood and light colours to match the beach. The living and sleeping area features a small seating area, a double bed (140 cm), a kitchenette, and a dining table by floor-to-ceiling windows. The separate bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

A beautiful east-facing balcony and a northeast-facing balcony are also included, offering a wonderful view of the greenery. Here, you can enjoy your holiday to the sound of the ocean and breathtaking sunsets. A parking space is included with the holiday rental.

Special Features
There is a communal sauna* in the building that operates with coins. One token is good for 90 minutes, costs 5 EUR, and is available at the Meerfischland office.

You can’t get any closer to the sea when holidaying in Ahrenshoop. And the town centre, with its many cafés, restaurants, art galleries, bakeries, fish shops, and the supermarket, is just a stone’s throw away on foot. It’s the perfect holiday resort for leaving your car behind and exploring all the sights on foot or by bike.

There are a total of ten holiday apartments in the complex, all with thatched roofs. Although similarly equipped, the cosy holiday apartments vary in size, capacity, and whether they feature a terrace or balcony with a garden view or the popular ocean view. Inside the building itself, there is a communal sauna with a relaxation room, offering a soothing break from a long walk on the beach—especially during the colder months. Strandhaus Claassen captivates with its traditional Darß-style architecture; just the sight of it radiates the joy of holiday. A stone wall runs around the property, blending harmoniously with the beachfront surroundings. Incidentally, all ten holiday apartments have one thing in common: the melodious sounds of the sea and the coastal birds. It’s the perfect place to unwind from everyday life, enjoy the view of the sea, and let your mind wander.
