The villa Casa Nero in San Fulgencio is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, and a washing machine. This holiday rental offers a private pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The property is located close to the beach, and public transport links are within walking distance. Three parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. We had a fantastic holiday in a superb villa, very comfortable, clean, and perfectly maintained.The house is ideally located, close to all amenities (shops, butcher, restaurants, and the beach) while still being in a quiet and relaxing area.A special thank you for allowing us to access the villa well before our scheduled arrival time.
