The light-filled living area invites you to linger with an electric fireplace and a cosy sleeper sofa. The open, fully equipped kitchen offers direct access to the spacious terrace—ideal for social gatherings around the grill. The terrace is accessible via a ramp, making it barrier-free. The adjacent, fully fenced-in garden offers plenty of space to play—perfect for children, and dogs are also welcome here.
