During construction, great importance was placed on preserving the chalet’s charm and maintaining a traditional regional architectural style. The interior was finished with great attention to detail. This chalet is not a party spot! — Cosiness and comfort come first.

Mühlbach am Hochkönig is known for being family-friendly and is considered by holidaymakers to be one of the most beautiful ski and recreational areas in the Alps. The centre of Mühlbach am Hochkönig is just a few steps away from the Almchalet am Hochkönig. You can easily walk to the bakery, butcher shop, and supermarket to do your shopping. And don’t forget the numerous restaurants serving the region’s outstanding local delicacies. It’s only 10 kilometres to Bischofshofen, the world-famous venue for the Four Hills Tournament. The nearest ski lift is just 1 kilometre away. The nearest ski bus stop is only 50 metres from the chalet. The Almchalet am Hochkönig is accessible by car year-round. There is ample parking directly in front of the chalet. Pets are welcome.

The Almchalet am Hochkönig is designed to provide peace and relaxation and to ensure our guests have a wonderful time. For this reason, out of consideration for others, we do not permit rowdy parties such as bachelor or hen nights.
