About this property

The “Jagdhaus Großarl ” was built in summer 2006. It has been constructed in a modern, but cosy, alpine style. Modern, ecological building methods guarantee highest comfort. The combination of wood and modern accessories provide the Jagdhaus with a very special touch.

Tiled floors throughout the whole house, to make people suffering from allergies feel comfortable, too.
The elevated location offers an uninterrupted view on Großarl and the gentle mountain ranges and Alps.

The holiday house is perfect for families or a delightful holiday with friends.
The beautiful holiday house offers space for 2- 14 persons.
The bedrooms are light and friendly equipped. Each bedroom has a TV.
In each floor, there is a toilet and a shower.

If you don't feel like leaving the house in the early morning, you can make use of our bread service. The baker will deliver the bread directly to your doorstep.

Our living area is well appointed with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.
In the basement, you will find a dryer for your ski boots, a storage room and a washing machine available for you.

After a nice day of skiing, you can relax in our sauna landscape with infra-red sauna.

Your four-legged friend is also welcome in our house, and we even provide a dog bowl for it.


Our tip: In the Restaurants and taverns you can choose between the delicious local kitchen of the Pongau region and gastronomic delights of the up scale gastronomy. Enjoy!
Arrival: You can reach the “Jagdhaus Großarl” on a paved road. During winter time we recommend bringing tyre chains.

Sehr schönes Haus mit wirklich netten Vermietern. Bei fragen hat man sie immer erreichen können und man hat immer eine schnelle Antwort bekommen. Das einzige was wir leider nicht bedacht haben, war dass es nicht wirklich Handtücher zum Händewaschen gab. Also bei einer Reise mitbringen.

Traumhafter Urlaub im Großarler Jagdhaus

Wir haben mit drei Familien einen traumhaften Urlaub im Großarler Jagdhaus verbracht. Das Jagdhaus liegt in Großarl. Es gibt dort viele Möglichkeiten für tolle Unternehmungen. Sehr beeindruckt hat uns die Eisriesenwelt in Werfen. Im Ort gibt es besonders für die Kleinen einen tollen Spielplatz und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es war eine tolle Woche bei lieben Gastgebern. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Gruppenurlaub im Tophaus

Wir, das war diesmal eine Gruppe von 12 Leuten, waren super zufrieden mit allen Details im Haus. Angefangen über die Sauna im Keller bis die Zimmer im Dachgeschoss, alles bestens und sauber.

Sommertraum im Tal der Almen

Der Urlaub war perfekt,nur leider viel zu kurz! Wir waren mit 2 Familien in dem Forsthaus der Familie Viehhauser und hatten es uns nicht halb so toll vorgestellt. Alles ist perfekt,die Zimmer sind aufgeteilt so das man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen kann,die Küche lädt zu gemeinsamen Stunden ein und der Sauna Bereich hat uns selbst bei Mitte 20° eingeladen zum verweilen. Alle Wanderungen waren in kürzester Zeit erreichbar und im Ort selbst gibts ein super Freibad mit Rutschen und Sprungturm für die kleinen und die kleingebliebenen. Zum einkaufen gibts den Billa im Ort,da gibts alles was das Herz begehrt. Der Gastgeber und das Forsthaus haben diese Bewertung mehr als verdient! Das war nicht unser letzter Urlaub. Sehr angenehmes Haus in bester Lage

Ein hervorragend ausgestattetes Haus für große Gruppen. Beste Lage nah am Dorf, jedoch geschützt am Berg alleine liegend. Gepflegtes und gut nutzbares Haus, schöner Garten, Wanderwege vor der Haustüre. Ausgesprochen freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Wir waren zu zehnt plus Kleinkind und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schönes Haus in sehr guter Lage

Wir waren über die Faschingsferien in der Jagdhütte der Familie Viehauser mit vier Familien (15 Personen, davon 6 Kinder). Das Haus hat eine tolle Alleinlage in Großarl und man hat den kompletten Nachmittag Sonne (auch im Februar:)). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt im Ort und der Einstieg in das Skiegebiet Großarl/Dorfgastein ist rund 1,2 km entfernt. Die Komminikation mit Fam. Viehhauser klappt hervorragend und das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Vorallem die Sauna und auch die zusätzliche Infrarotkabine ist ein echtes Highlight, welches wir auch ausgiebig genutzt haben. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

Perfekte Skiwoche im Jagthaus

Wir hatten mit 13 Freunden eine super Woche im Jagthaus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und auch die Sauna hat allen nach einer intensiven Skiabfahrt abends sehr gefallen. Den Weg zur Gondel haben wir komfortabel über Taxis (je 8 Personen) gelöst und dafür nur ca. 10 Euro/Weg gezahlt. Wir würden es wieder buchen, sollte es uns wieder ins Großarltal ziehen.

Ein ideales Haus für ein gelungenes Familienfest

Die freundlichen Vermieter ließen uns schon früher in das sehr gepflegte Haus. Das wunderbare Grundstück incl. ausreichender Sitzgelegenheiten und Sonnenliegen sowie die Tischtennisplatte haben wir ausgiebig genossen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger und trotzdem zentraler Lage

Wir haben im Kreise befreundeter Familien eine sehr schöne Urlaubszeit verbringen dürfen. Vom ersten Kontakt bis nach der Abreise können wir über die Gastgeber nur das Beste berichten. Auch das Haus entsprach vollends den Erwartungen und der Beschreibung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbare Woche, tolles Haus!

Das Haus alleine ist eine Erfahrung und ein Erlebnis für sich. Die Lage ist wundervoll. Weder stört man Nachbarn beim Grillen oder lauter Musik, noch ist man zu Abseits um die Ortschaft zu Fuß zu erreichen. Selbst auf die vielen Stockwerke findet sich nach einer Haustour alles :) Alles ist wunderbar ausgestattet, die Zimmer, die Küche, von der Sauna ganz zu schweigen! Der Kinderspielplatz kann auch wunderbar als Boccia Spielgrund dienen (waren ohne Kinder dort). Direkt neben der Auffahrt gibt es auch einen Waldweg Richtung Saukaralm, welcher steil aber sehr schön ist! Besser als die Straße rauf und deutlich kürzer. Im Gesamten ein tolles Haus mit mehr als genug Ausstattung für alle Situationen. Definitiv eine Empfehlung und Wiederholungsbedarf! Wir waren zu elft und im Alter zwischen 25 und 31 Jahren.
