The house is fully equipped with electric heating to ensure a comfortable temperature from Easter to October and has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (0.80x1.90m). The 30sqm vacation home offers a spacious studio with dining area, pull-out sofa bed, TV and a separate bedroom for the children as well as a well-equipped kitchenette. There is also a bathroom with WC and walk-in shower as well as an entrance area with closet.

The large, sun-drenched terrace in the private, secluded garden invites you to linger.
You can park your car directly on the fenced property.

The Neighborhood:
The location of the house is ideal, as the forest is 100 meters away, the natural beach 200 meters away and the Loissin campsite with restaurant, mini market, hairdresser, use of washing machines, playground and surf spot with surf school 300 meters away.
The beautiful area is ideal for long walks on the beach, hiking and cycling tours. It is also the perfect starting point for excursions to the nearby Renaissance Ludwigsburg Castle, the historic Hanseatic towns of Greifswald and Stralsund, the seaside resort of Lubmin, the Peene Valley River Landscape Nature Park and the islands of Rügen, Usedom and Hiddensee.
