"Villa Wellingta" with heated pool and lots of privacy!
Private vacation home with a heatable pool in a very quiet and well-maintained neighborhood with many newer homes in the area. This property offers the utmost privacy as it is completely surrounded by lush palm trees. Quick access to Burnt Store Rd and Pine Island Rd with restaurants, shops, and retail stores is available. Matlacha is just 10 minutes away and offers many waterfront restaurants. You can take the ferry from Pine Island to one of Cayo Costa's most beautiful beaches.
The house has tiled floors throughout, and the open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and granite countertops has direct access to the dining area and living room. The master bedroom overlooks the pool area. The pool area connects to the pool terrace on all sides and opens onto a large area for loungers and a BBQ grill. The pool is electrically heated and features three waterfalls.
It's just a short drive to Publix supermarket, Farmer Joe's, and other shops and restaurants like the Bonefish Grill. Jim Jeffers Park is also nearby for basketball and tennis courts, or you can play pickleball at one of the city's free parks. There's also a Sunsplash water park just 15 minutes from the house. Beautiful places to visit include Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point with its marina, as well as the historic Old Town of Fort Myers on the river with its many dining options.
You can take airboat tours in the Everglades, play golf, go fishing, or simply treat yourself to a massage.
