Open concept great room with an office/den that shares expansive views of the living area, pool
and waterfront. The master bedroom encompasses the entire right side of the home. It has
private access to the pool area and a large en suite bathroom with a slipper style soaking tub, dual
sinks and walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home for extra
privacy with a shared bathroom which leads out to the heated pool with an outdoor shower. Just
minutes away from Cape Harbor, the Westin Hotel resort and downtown Cape Coral. Fort Myers
and other beaches are only 20 minutes away. This is YOUR place to swim, sun, kayak and
enjoy what SW Cape Coral has to offer. Come and enjoy the fantastic Florida weather!

Pool was great! Clean and warm! Dock on the canal was very nice. Could set and watch the fish, turtles, birds, etc. House was super! Master bed and bath was very good!. Kitchen was perfect. TV in living area was awesome! Cable and WiFi solid! Manager was on the spot! Only needed help once and it was my own fault. You really couldn’t ask for anything more! We would come again but my guess is it will not be available very often. These folks know how to make vacations perfect.

The pool and patio area were top notch! Very clean and spacious. You might want to consider some sort of handrail to help with pool access and egress. It was a very simple process to add more water to the pool on a daily basis. The timer on the faucet was nice. The bedrooms were clean and spacious for the 4 of us. That was the first time I’ve ever seen a bidet in a vacation rental!! It would have been nice to have a remote garage door opener for our adventures away from the house. But I suppose those tend to “disappear” from time to time. We made it work!

Glad you had a enjoyable stay. I will pass on the comment about a rail for the pool. You are correct about garage remotes they do disappear. That is why there not supplied.
