The modern, fully equipped 65 m² apartment on the first floor in Norderstedt welcomes up to four guests. It features two separate bedrooms, each with its own workspace and fiber-optic internet. The bathroom has a bathtub that can also be used as a shower. In the living room, you will find a smart TV. Additional amenities include private Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer, and a baby cot for families with young children. Self-check-in ensures a smooth arrival.



Enjoy the private southwest-facing balcony with seating—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the afternoon sun.



Both public street parking and an underground parking space are available (maximum vehicle size: width 200 cm, height 155 cm, length 500 cm). Events and parties are not permitted. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, not inside the apartment. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all residents.



Stays are for recreation and residential use only. Photo or video shoots, service sales, and other commercial activities are not allowed in the apartment.



The apartment is in an urban location directly at the subway station, with excellent connections: Hamburg city center is about 35 minutes away, the airport about 20 minutes. Restaurants, cafés, a bakery, and supermarkets are nearby; a cinema is just steps away. Please note: the apartment is on a busy shopping street near the station—the location is lively, not quiet.

Wonderful open clean apartment! The bedrooms are at opposite ends so privacy is very good also. The train station is two minutes away on foot. Two ver good restaurants with 5 minutes, one Greek and one Italian. We like them both. As we are here for a family tragedy we decided too stay a total of nine nights and have no regrets. The owner is s Uber communicator on all matters. This is so great!I highly recommend to anyone visiting Hamburg. Leslie & Bryan Burris

Pros: zentrale Lage, umfangreiche Ausstattung Cons: Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer waren etwas schmal, Dusche in umgebauter Badewanne ist sehr rutschig beim Aussteigen
