This beautiful 100 year old waterfront home just 4 miles from the U. S. Naval Academy offers incredible, wide-open water views in the Bay Ridge area of Annapolis.

Group rentals will not be honored or renting to anyone under 30 years old.

Weddings and special events of any kind are not permitted at this property.

The Pool house is the owners office and not part of the rental. It is not utilized by the owner during a rental. Pet Policy: Pets Not Permitted
