It accommodates up to 3 people and features a bedroom with a double bed and a single armchair bed, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom with shower.

The kitchen includes a stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, utensils, coffee machine, and washing machine, making it suitable for medium or long stays. The house is equipped with air conditioning, an indoor dining area, and all essential comforts for a relaxing holiday.



Outside, you will find a spacious private garden of about 900 sqm, fully fenced and for exclusive use—not shared with other accommodations. Access is independent via a private gate, ensuring privacy, peace, and security—ideal for families with children and pets. The garden, set in a pine forest, offers natural shade and plenty of space to relax outdoors, with a furnished patio, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Pros: Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus und haben die Zeit von der ersten Minute an genossen. ​Besonders hervorzuheben ist die absolute Privatsphäre, die man hier genießen kann – perfekt, um einmal komplett abzuschalten und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Ein riesiges Dankeschön geht auch an die Vermieter: Sie sind wahnsinnig freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam, sodass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. ​Dieses Ferienhaus ist sehr empfehlenswert.
