With a living area of 40 m², divided into three rooms, the holiday home can accommodate up to 5 people. Two bedrooms—one of which is especially suitable for children—and a cosy living area ensure comfort and privacy. The vinyl flooring in the living and bedroom areas ensures guests enjoy a carefree stay. The house is designated as a non-smoking property and is ideal for families, as children are warmly welcome.
In the open and light-filled living area, you’ll find a comfortable sofa nook for relaxing, as well as modern entertainment amenities, including two satellite TVs and Wi-Fi. The adjacent dining area with a large dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together. The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is equipped to a high standard and leaves nothing to be desired: a glass-ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a full range of kitchen utensils are provided. Spices and tea towels are also provided.

Thanks to their central location, they serve as an ideal starting point for your Baltic Sea holiday. Numerous excursion options in the region and the fine sandy beach—just a 5-minute bike ride away—ensure an eventful and relaxing stay. The property features a sauna house and its own children’s playground. The nearest supermarket is less than a 5-minute bike ride away—or a short drive. If you’re travelling in an electric car, you can use our four 300-kW charging stations.
