The spacious living area is furnished with a cosy sofa nook and opens onto a terrace. Here, you can relax regardless of the weather, enjoy the view of the green surroundings, and unwind on the provided patio furniture. The lawn on the property is perfect for sunbathing or winding down the day with a good book.

The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped and makes self-catering a breeze. Amenities include a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with built-in freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes. Tea towels are also provided. The dining table is located right in the living area and offers space for shared meals.

The bathroom features a shower with a tub, a sink, a toilet, a mirror, and a hair dryer. A full-length mirror and privacy screens on all windows provide additional comfort. A smoke detector enhances safety, while fly screens keep out uninvited guests.
