Holiday Rental 18-2, renovated in 2025, is located in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, nestled within the family-friendly holiday complex “Feriendorf Papillon.” With a living area of 55 m², this ground-floor apartment can accommodate up to three people (2 adults and 1 child).

The apartment features two rooms, including a separate bedroom with carpeted floors and a cosy living room with tiled floors.

Thanks to its comfortable sofa and cosy atmosphere, the living room offers an ideal retreat for relaxing. A flat-screen TV, along with a CD player and a radio, is available for relaxing evenings watching TV. The terrace, surrounded by a hedge, invites you to relax outdoors. Patio furniture with a parasol is available for your use.

The bedroom features tile flooring and a double bed (180x200). A closet is available for your holiday wardrobe. There are fly screens on the windows in both the bedroom and the living room.

The kitchen is open to the living area and features modern, fully equipped appliances: In addition to a 2-burner ceramic stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, and plenty of dishes and silverware, you’ll find all the necessary kitchen utensils, so you can prepare both small and large meals at any time. The living room has tile floors and a rug. A practical dining area with a dining table provides plenty of space for shared meals.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer.

Bicycles can be parked at the bike rack next to the house or in the basement. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to our guests in Building 18. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (without making the beds). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid car parks in town.

The Papillon holiday village, located in a quiet yet central spot on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like setting. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday complex. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with a terrace. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
