Welcome to this newly built, modern 65 m² apartment in Rohrberg, offering 2 bedrooms (please note, the second bedroom has no window) and 1 bathroom, perfect for up to 4 guests. You will have your own private entrance with a foyer, a living kitchen, private Wi-Fi, TV, and convenient self check-in. Located at 1,000 meters above sea level, the apartment provides stunning panoramic views over the entire Zillertal valley.



Access is via a typical mountain road with inclines and curves.



Step out onto your private, partially covered terrace—ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors with your own barbecue, all while taking in the spectacular scenery.



Two shared parking spaces are available on site. Pets are welcome. Parties and events are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.



A ski bus service can be arranged on request, but only at certain times and by prior agreement with the hosts.



The hosts live on the property, but not in your booked accommodation. Your apartment is set in a quiet, rural area with no direct neighbors or disturbing noises—perfect for a restful getaway. The access road may seem unremarkable at first, but the view is truly rewarding.
