This is a Beautiful and Spacious apartment in a truly unique location on Oahu...An uncrowded stunning beach on the Sunny/Dry Leeward side of the island. This 4th floor, 1250 sq ft. unit includes a private wrap-around lanai where you can relax and take in the breathtaking views of both the Ocean and the Mountains.
The apartment has a large air-conditioned bedroom featuring a brand new King sized bed, smart-TV and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower (plus access to the lanai). Although there is no AC available in the living room, the island cross breeze usually negates the need...The ceiling fan & a stand-up fan are also there if needed.
The very comfortable living room boasts a brand new sleeper sofa & Smart TV. The large granite dining table seats 6!
This is a fully furnished & equipped apartment complete with linens, a large capacity washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave & toaster oven, etc.
Wi-Fi is Free.
The Open & Bright fully-equipped kitchen has a fantastic view of the beach, ocean and mountains while you prepare meals and dine.
You can enjoy snorkeling & swimming at our beach or go for a walk along the shoreline. You can also see Humpback Whales in the winter and other sea-life all year-round right from your big lanai (you are guaranteed to spot green sea turtles!).

Why they chose this property
It is Gorgeous. Our folks fell in love with the beach and condo at first sight when they were lucky enough to visit here way back in the 80's!! They knew immediately that this was the place we wanted to be. THERE IS NO MORE BEAUTIFUL SPOT ON EARTH!
Fast forward to the 2000's and this is some of the last "Real Country" left on Oahu. We are close enough to the bigger stores and other tourist areas, but are always so glad to come HOME to Waianae. We are confident that you will also feel at HOME in our place. This is Genuine Hawaii!!
The weather here is as dry and sunny as it gets on the island and our unit is in an ideal private spot. It offers the best views and comfort for excellent value & relaxation. It's AAA: Aloha Available Always :)

Unbeatable sunsets right from your big very comfortable private lanai [balcony] and a quiet 1/4 mile enviable long white-sandy beach right outside your door. The building is gated to ensure your safety along with free parking.
