Cyprus Avenue Beach holiday lettings

We had a lovely stay at Orange Blossom Cottage in Clearwater Beach for 4 nights. The cottage does require some updating. The windows still have metal frames and in the bathroom this was particularly noticeable that these needed replacing as they had completely rusted over and could not be opened. Otherwise, the cottage was clean and comfortable. We didn't use the pool area which was small but functional.

Perfect location in Clearwater - couple of hundred metres from the beach, easy walk into the centre, access to restaurants etc. Teresa was great - kept us updated before we arrived and met us at the property to show us around. The cottage was fantastic and contained everything we could need (how many properties offer free use of loungers for the beach!?!), and the kids couldn't get enough of the pool. Lovely holiday, would definitely recommend.

Great location, private pool, beach is so close you can pop over for a swim without packing for a day out. Very child friendly with lovely private pool. Most of the bars and restaurants have live music and are child friendly. Highly recommended for families.

To say VRBO have created an industry for themselves would be an understatement. Previously when this property was non VRBO we paid the owner a fee and that was it. Now we pay the owner a fee and a fee to VRBO. So overall our stay was more expensive this time. It's hard to see what the benefit was booking through VRBO. But that was our choice. Our stay was good and a small issue we had with noisy neighbors was dealt with by our host, who unlike the previous owners was not onsite. It would have been nice to have met him even just as a courtesy.
