Located in Calviac-en-Périgord Noir, at the heart of a lush forest perfect for nature lovers and those seeking to disconnect, this 37 m² holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You have a fully equipped kitchen and a TV with mobile connection sharing.



Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Enjoy your private garden, open terrace, and barbecue. The shared outdoor pool and outdoor shower are perfect for relaxing. For active guests, there is a playground, ping-pong table, billiards, tennis court, and shared fitness equipment.



You may bring a pet (except category 1 dogs), kept on a leash on site. Parties are not allowed. Shared parking is available for one car per accommodation. Self check-in is possible. Access to the washing machine and dryer is available for an extra fee.



Mountain bikes can be rented on site for half or full days. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Pool privatization is possible on request. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Breakfast service is available for an extra fee on request. Please note there is video and audio recording in common areas, except the pool area. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet in the accommodation and common areas.
