Holiday Home “Maison 4 Personnes” with Air Conditioning (Extra Fee) & Shared Pool

Located in Calviac-en-Périgord Noir, surrounded by a lush forest perfect for nature lovers and those seeking to disconnect, this 37 m² holiday home accommodates up to 2 people and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You have a fully equipped kitchen and a TV (connection via your mobile only). For families, a baby bed, high chair, and shared toys and books for children are available.



Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Enjoy the private garden, open terrace, and barbecue. The shared outdoor pool and outdoor shower invite you to relax. For active guests, there is a playground, ping-pong table, billiards, tennis court, and shared fitness equipment.



Pets are welcome (except category 1 dogs), but must be kept on a leash. Parties are not allowed. Shared on-site parking allows one car per accommodation. Self check-in is available. Access to the washing machine and dryer is available for an extra fee.



Mountain bikes can be rented on site for half or full days. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Private use of the pool is possible on request. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Breakfast service is available for an extra fee on request. Please note there is video and audio recording in common areas, except the pool area. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet in the accommodation and shared areas.



A friendly and welcoming atmosphere awaits. Bed linen is available on site for an extra fee. Wi-Fi is available at reception, but not in the accommodations.
