This property was perfect for our 8 adults, 6 children, and 2 toddlers. Loved all the bathrooms, the large workable kitchen, and the "great" great room! The whole property was user friendly for all ages!
This property was just right for our family of nine, great-grandbaby, and one guest. There was ample space for several cooks in the kitchen, excellent supply of cookware, ice, and two refrigerators. The location can't be beat for access to privacy, grocery stores, and most of all the ocean view. The decor is beautiful and comfortable.
We had a wonderful time staying at Prince of Tides. What an amazing home and amazing views! Our kids said that this was their favorite of all the beach houses we’ve rented over the years, and asked to come back next year. We look forward to doing so.

Delightful!
The beach at Emerald Isle was gorgeous and clean, and we had easy (private) access to the beach. The house was perfect for our large group ... the layout is actually better than the description on the website (upstairs: 3 bedrooms with baths; main floor: 1 master; bottom floor: 3 bedrooms with baths, plus large bunk room and recreation area). We absolutely loved the large porch with rocking chairs and adirondack chairs facing out toward the ocean. We were traveling with my 86 year old mother, so the elevator was invaluable. We got the elevator stuck on the first day; we called the office and the staff was very friendly and got the issue resolved within an hour. The kitchen layout was nice and had two dishwashers which was great for our large numbers ... only minor complaints were that there was no garbage disposal and the 4-burner stove seemed small for the house. Getting on and off the island was a very pleasant surprise, not all like the hassle of getting onto the islands at the Outer Banks. We would definitely go back again!!
