Utkiek — Central apartment for up to 2 people, located near the beach

The approximately 40 m² apartment "Utkiek" accommodates 2 people and is ideally located—right in the city centre and just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The apartment is situated in a well-maintained building with an lift and is also within easy walking distance of the train station. The apartment features a spacious living and sleeping area, including a double bed (160x200 cm). The living and dining area is bright and modernly furnished and opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast or wind down in the evening. A small kitchen is available for self-catering, equipped with all essential utensils—please note that there is no oven. A high-quality bathroom with a shower rounds out the amenities. Feel free to use the free Wi-Fi and the underground parking space (max. clearance height 1.92 m). One pet is allowed.

Whether it’s walks on the beach, shopping trips, or culinary discoveries—everything is within easy walking distance from here. The “Utkiek” is ideal for couples or friends looking to spend a relaxing stay on Sylt.

Sehr schönes, kleines gemütliches Appartement mitten im Zentrum. Gute Ausstattung, alles vorhanden, was man braucht: ausreichend Geschirr, Auswahl an Kaffeemaschinen (Nespresso, Filter, French Press), Wasserkocher, Toaster, Fön etc. Bett hat getrennte Matratzen (80 cm), gute Bettwaren, Verdunklungsmöglichkeit gegeben, grosszügiges Duschbad ( für uns zu wenig Wasserdruck bei der Dusche). Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen, in den Wintermonaten. In den Hauptsaisonzeiten kann es sicher zu Lärmbelästigung kommen ( Lage Friedrichstrasse, Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft).
