It is located directly on the Huk of Hohenwieschendorf (the unique peninsula between Wismar and Boltenhagen). Golf enthusiasts can enjoy their hobby on the adjacent 18-hole golf course with views of the Baltic Sea—and, if you’d like, you’re welcome to bring your four-legged friend along. In just about a 15-minute walk, you’ll reach the unspoiled beach with excellent swimming conditions and seasonal beach chair rentals. The Hohen Wieschendorf Marina, complete with a yacht harbour and restaurant, is also located here. Dog owners will love the wonderful walking opportunities along the kilometer-long natural beach and the salt marshes.
The “Ostseetraum No. 32” holiday rental is a luxuriously furnished 2-room apartment with a large balcony and a view across the golf course towards the sea. The spacious living area measures 60 square metres, so this apartment can accommodate up to 4 3 people.
You’ll be greeted by a bright and modern living area featuring a comfortable sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa, providing two additional sleeping spaces measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m.
For holidaymakers who wish to prepare their own meals, the high-quality, fully equipped kitchen integrated into the living area is ideal. For shared meals, you can use the large dining table with 4 comfortable seats.
You can also enjoy relaxing moments with a panoramic view on the seasonally furnished north/east-facing balcony.
For entertainment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV (Smart TV), internet radio with USB, and free Wi-Fi.

Hohen Wischendorf, a holiday destination between Wismar and Boltenhagen
The apartment is located in a quiet, sun-drenched spot between Wismar —a World Heritage Site—and the seaside resort of Boltenhagen, in Hohen Wieschendorf. The nearby natural beach and the small marina are just a few minutes’ walk away, about 0.6 km. After a walk on the beach, enjoy the ocean view and the view of the island of Poel from the restaurant’s outdoor terrace. In the designated nature reserves, you can hear the cranes.

Visitor’s tax in Hohen Wieschendorf: From April 1 to October 31 each year, the municipality charges a visitor’s tax. The landlord remits this tax to the municipality. Costs: Ages 16 and up: €1.00/day | Ages 6–16: €0.50/day
