This exclusive 3-room holiday apartment measures 61 square metres, is located on the 2nd floor of the building, and offers plenty of space for 2 to 4 people to enjoy a restful and relaxing holiday in Kühlungsborn.

The modern, spacious, open-concept Alno kitchen with a marble worktop, oven, and dishwasher, as well as the stylish dining area, offer every comfort.

The adjoining bright and inviting living area, with its seating area, is perfect for cosy evenings in front of the colour TV with built-in radio. The south-facing balcony offers a beautiful view of the town forest.

The master bedroom is furnished with a 180-cm double bed and two dressers. The second bedroom features a 140-cm double sofa bed, a closet, and a small desk.

The beautiful shower room with a toilet has underfloor heating, two sinks, and plenty of counter space for all your toiletries.

The apartment has laminate flooring, and the master bedroom has carpet.

Wi-Fi is available in the holiday rental.

Pets are not allowed, and the apartment is available for non-smokers only.

The apartment includes a standard parking space (No. 3) in the underground garage.
