Family Home on the Edge of the Forest with Terrace, Private Garden, and Balcony
Located in Le Grand-Village-Plage, this 130 m² holiday home welcomes up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious 60 m² living area, perfect for large families. The house features a TV and a private barbecue, just 200 meters from sandy beaches.
Outdoors, relax in your private garden surrounded by pine and oak trees in a peaceful residential neighborhood. The balcony and open terrace provide extra space to unwind in the fresh air. A pétanque court is also available on the property.
For parking, you have access to 2 shared spaces on the premises, a cellar in the basement to store your bikes, and additional street parking. One pet is allowed.
A tennis court is a 15-minute walk from the house.
Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. Cleaning is not included and must be done by you, but can be booked for an extra fee.
