A vacation oasis just 500 metres from the south beach. Pets welcome.
This exclusive luxury villa in Lacanau Océan is located just 600 m from the sea, nestled in a 50-year-old mature garden with large trees, tropical and rare plants. Quiet, private and secluded.
The garden is completely fenced in.
With around 130 m² of living space, the villa opens onto a spacious terrace with a koi pond and views of the idyllic garden. Every room - including the living room and kitchen - offers a direct view of the idyllic greenery.
Up to 5 people can live comfortably in 130-160 m² of space.
There are three bedrooms (one large double room, one small double room, and another small room with bunk beds).
High-quality bed linen and bath towels are of course included in your stay.
For added comfort, bicycles, atmospheric garden lighting, two dining areas on the terrace, an outdoor fireplace, and a private sauna (with sauna towels) are at your disposal.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Thermomix, Nespresso, coffee machine, dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, etc.
Thanks to the excellent location, you are only 600 meters from the beach.
A designated dog beach is around 2,000 meters away and invites you to play and relax with your four-legged friend. Horse riding on the beach is also possible here.
The nearest lake is only 4,000 meters away and offers further attractive water sports opportunities.
In the immediate vicinity, you will also find three golf courses, tennis and paddle courts, and a riding stable.
The town center with its numerous shopping opportunities and local specialties is only one kilometer away.
In the surrounding area, there is Bordeaux and the magnificent wine châteaux to discover.
