Apartment complex Strandjuwel WE 209: 2-room apartment close to the beach

The beachfront, cosy 2-room apartment 209 (approx. 51 m²) spans two floors (ground floor and ground floor / loft) in the inner courtyard of Building A. The apartment offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring on the ground floor (kitchen, dining, and living areas) consists of light-colored tiles, while the upper floor (loft and bedroom) features high-quality vinyl flooring with an elegant wood-grain finish.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The spacious and bright living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (pull-out sleeper) couch, 2 armchairs and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, a closet, and a chest of drawers. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 6.5 m² sunny terrace (facing southeast towards the courtyard) with patio furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday apartment is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a DVD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions). A small selection of books is also available.

The open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The interior staircase leads to the gallery on the ground floor. Here you’ll find a small reading nook with two comfortable wicker armchairs, a small table, a sideboard, and a chest of drawers—the ideal retreat for undisturbed reading pleasure!

The cosy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, a clothes rack, and a chair.

The pull-out sofa bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth is provided by the pull-out sofa bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) in the living room. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with blackout blinds.

The spacious bathroom features a bathtub, a large sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, a small shelf, a heated towel rack, and ample storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the coat closet with a shoe rack in the apartment’s entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. You can park your car for a fee in the parking space (No. 209) assigned to your apartment in the courtyard of the residential complex. You can also park your bicycles in the courtyard using the bike racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—please refer to the price list for the modest additional fee.

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by 2 people. For occupancy by more than 2 people, please note that there is a surcharge of 10.00 € per night per person for the 3rd and 4th a surcharge of €10.00 per night per person applies.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
