Vacation home House Silence - Quiet, family-friendly house by the North Sea

The Silence House is located in a popular holiday region on the Jadebusen in the holiday village of Jade-Sehestedt, just 800 m from the water’s edge.
This beautiful holiday home, newly built in 2020, offers a wonderful atmosphere for a relaxing holiday on the Jadebusen. The furnishings are stylish and comfortable, designed to accommodate 4 people. A tastefully designed living and dining area with a custom-fitted kitchenette creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Two separate bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower round out the amenities.
The master bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200). The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (140 x 200 and 90 x 200). The additional play area is accessible from the two bedrooms via a space-saving staircase.
Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area create a fantastic connection to the spacious garden and patio area. Enjoy the sunshine, the unique climate of the Wesermarsch region, and the invigorating sea breeze on the terrace.
Free Wi-Fi is available. There is one parking space on the property.

Our House Silence is located in the new Jade-Sehestedt holiday village on the Jadebusen in the UNESCO World Heritage Site Wadden Sea. Here you’ll find a unique nature reserve: the “floating bog,” the world’s only bog located outside the dykes. Discover unspoiled nature right by the sea. Enjoy the vastness of the Wesermarsch, the mudflats, the sea, and the wind—and let your mind wander.
On foot or by bike, you can reach the Sehestedt beach section on the Wadden Sea—just about 800 m away—where you can go swimming. You can have a daily bread roll delivery service. In Varel, 15 km away, you’ll find all the shops you need for daily necessities.

The holiday home area is still under development, and there may be occasional noise and dust near or inside the property.
