Your Holiday Rental 3 is located on the upper floor of the former nurses’ residence, built in 1876, and offers you the perfect retreat for your holiday on Norderney. This charming building has been freshly renovated with great attention to detail and skilfully combines original furniture with modern accents.

Upon entering the holiday rental, you’ll find a bright and spacious living and dining area equipped with an open kitchenette. Access to the balcony allows you to enjoy the fresh North Sea air. The separate bedroom, featuring a double bed (160 x 190 cm), offers you a restful night’s sleep and ensures the comfort you need during your stay on Norderney. The modern shower room rounds out the holiday rental’s amenities.

The location of the Stadtvilla Marienheim is ideal for your holiday on Norderney. It is situated on Wilhelmstraße, in a central yet quiet area. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the Kurplatz and the pedestrian zone, which offers a variety of shopping options, restaurants, and cafés. The supermarket and the bakery are also in the immediate vicinity, so you can easily reach everything you need for your stay on foot. The Weststrand Promenade is also just a short walk away.
